Stratford Parks
Stratford has a number of major parks and a network of neighbourhood parks and trails. Our major Parks include Tea Hill Park which has a public beach, cricket facility and change room and Robert Cotton Park which includes an arboretum, beautiful gardens and trails as well as housing the Mayflower Seniors and Youth Can Do clubs;
Stratford Town Centre Recreation Wing
The Stratford Town Centre Recreation Wing includes a gymnasium, walking track and fitness area that are available for the free enjoyment of residents and visitors alike.
Stratford Public Library
Our library offers a variety of programs for all ages, free computer access and a collection of books and periodicals to borrow. The Library is open to the public at the following times::
Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 1:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Eagles Nest Playground at Glen Stewart School
The Eagles Nest Playground is a ‘Boundless Playground’ which is built on a wheelchair-accessible surface and includes specialized equipment for children with physical challenges. It includes elements for the visually and hearing impaired and children with intellectual challenges. It is located at the Glen Stewart Elementary School on Glen Stewart Drive.

Fox Meadows Golf and Country Club
The Fox Meadow Golf and Country Club is one of the brightest jewels in Prince Edward Island’s golfing crown and is truly a masterpiece that must be experienced. It is located on the Kinlock Road in the heart of Stratford.

The beautiful clubhouse includes the Atlantic Lure Restaurant, a new seafood dining experience with beautiful panoramic views of the course and the City of Charlottetown in the distance. Fox Meadow is also home to the Fox Golf Academy which is the premier golf teaching facility on P.E.I. boasting has excellent indoor and outdoor practice and teaching facilities, top notch instructors and a variety of programs and camps for golfers at every skill level.
Norton Diamond Soccer Complex
The Norton Diamond Soccer Complex was completed in 2009 and is the only facility of its kind on PEI, providing year round access to the sport with the highest participation rate on PEI. The indoor soccer complex is located at 21 Myrtle Street in the Stratford Business Park off of the Mason Road.

Points East Coastal Drive
Stratford is the gateway to the Points East Coastal Drive. You might spend a day collecting sea glass or floating in the warm waters of one of the more than thirty beaches in the region. Tee off at some of Canada’s highest ranked golf courses (we have three!). Squeeze in a tour of our lighthouses that still stand tall. Tour one of two distilleries or take in a tour of two wineries and enjoy a sample.
Transit
Stratford is served by the T3 Transit System with two transit routes connecting riders within Stratford and to the Greater Charlottetown Area.
