Condolences Offered on Passing of CAO Jeremy Crosby
Mayor Ogden began the meeting by acknowledging the recent and sudden loss of the Town of Stratford’s CAO Jeremy Crosby. Jeremy had been an important team member for over twenty years, with the last five spent in the role of CAO.
In his address, Mayor Ogden also assured the general public that the Town of Stratford was open and operating under the leadership of Acting CAO Jeremy Pierce. “As we move forward we know that we are in good hands with Jeremy Pierce and other members of our team leading us. A formal process will begin later in the year but for the time being Jeremy has adeptly stepped into the role of Acting CAO. He is very well briefed on the files having been involved in many of them directly within his previous role as Deputy CAO. We continue to support our staff in this time and extend our condolences once again to Jeremy Crosby’s family and friends.”
Members of the public can contact the main reception desk to be transferred to the appropriate staff member during this time of transition.
