RFP - Employee and Family Assistance Program

Employee and Family Assistance Program Services - Proposals are requested from qualified firms to provide confidential counselling, information, and referral service to employees and members of their family, to help them deal with work/life stresses and difficulties.

A full copy of each Request for Proposal for the above engagement may be obtained below or by emailing [email protected].

Three copies of the proposal must be received at Stratford Town Centre, 234 Shakespeare Dr. Stratford, PE, C1B 2V8 no later than 12:00 noon local time on Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

Late, emailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted. The Town of Stratford is not bound to accept the lowest cost nor any proposal received.
