In an effort to help members of our community access resources and information during this time, please use the following list to assist you and others. As information and details change constantly, we will do our best to keep this information up-to-date but appreciate your understanding. The information we provide will be restricted to businesses and organizations serving Stratford, and where possible feature Stratford businesses. As some services are being provided by the wider community, or are not available directly in Stratford, we will share that information which we deem relevant during this situation.

Grocery Stores  

Shawn’s No Frills (Stratford) – Opening from 7-8am from Wednesday through Saturday to serve only seniors, or those who are vulnerable or high-risk. Store is temporarily accepting Visa, and encouraging credit/debit card transactions to reduce the use of cash.

Sobeys (Stratford) – Open daily from 7-8am to serve only seniors, or those who are vulnerable or high-risk (excluding Sunday). Store hours Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm for general public, Sunday 12pm-8pm.


Pharmacies

Murphy’s Pharmacy (Kinlock Crossing & Stratford Road) – Operating with reduced hours (Monday thru Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 12pm-5pm). Free prescription delivery is available to Stratford residents. Further information about the operations of Murphy's Pharmacies during Covid-19 is available on their website. 

Shoppers Drug Mart (Stratford) – Open 8am-8pm Monday thru Sunday with the first hour each day dedicated to serving only seniors, and those who are vulnerable or high-risk. Online services are available on their website. 

Sobeys Pharmacy (Straford)– Open 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12-5pm. Offering prescription delivery for those needing it.


Meal Delivery Options (serving Stratford)

Domino’s Pizza (Stratford) - Regular operating hours. Now offering Contactless Delivery & Contactless Pickup.  For Contactless Delivery, order online and fill in the "Delivery Instructions for Driver" box, and let your store know that you would like contactless delivery and where you would like your order to be placed. You will be notified when your delivery is made and the driver will place your order on a safe and clean surface in the location specified in the "Delivery Instructions for Driver" box, then they will move back to a safe distance and wait until you arrive to pick it up (with payment made online at the time of ordering). (902) 566-9000

Greco Pizza – Stratford location closed but orders can be placed online or by calling (902) 310-3030 through the Sherwood location. Operating on regular hours. 

Phinley's Diner – Providing take-out only Thursday to Saturday, from 4-7pm from a limited menu. Order by phone and payment only accepted by Visa or Mastercard. Find more information here. (902) 370-5253

Stratford Pizza Corner – Operating with reduced hours. Encouraging online orders and payment, with the delivery driver being able to leave the order at the door for you. Dine-in is closed, takeout or delivery only. (902) 894-5555

Himalayan Indian Cuisine - Offering 5pm Free delivery in Stratford (Note: must be only 10 km from restaurant). Orders must be placed by telephone before 4pm. 902-892-7450

Esso and Petro-Canada – Regular hours of operation. Residents are asked to pay at the pump whenever possible.

Dollarama (Stratford) – Regular operating hours.

Pet Valu (Stratford) – Reduced hours Monday through Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday’s 9am-6pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm.

Stratford Discounters - Reduced hours of 10am-6pm Monday thru Saturday & 12pm-5pm  on Sunday.

Organic Veggie Delivery – Weekly delivery to Stratford (Friday's) with orders due on the Monday prior. Learn more on their website.
