The Bunbury Room in the Stratford Town Centre is the Council Chambers. This room is used for internal meetings only.
The Southport Room in the Stratford Town Centre is a Multi-purpose Room which can accommodate up to 20-50 people depending on set up. The room is equipped with tables and padded chairs, Dimensions: 32′ x 28′.
Stratford Emergency Services Centre, 4 Georgetown Road, also has rental space available with a boardroom and a large multi-purpose community room. These spaces are rented through the Town of Stratford as well.
*PLEASE NOTE:
ALL TOWN OF STRATFORD FACILITIES are SCENT & SMOKE FREE. All spaces can be set up for your needs with the provided tables and chairs but please note that set up and clean up are the responsibility of the individual/group making the booking. Town of Stratford staff are not available to assist with this.
