Stratford water & sewer utility e-billing is our first step in offering a range of services to residents. Residents can now sign up to receive their Stratford Utility bill electronically. You must register in advance using a unique key code located on your latest utility bill (see registration instructions below). 

Once registered for e-billing, residents can view their bill online and choose to pay their Stratford Utility bill by credit card online through the same portal.

We look forward to having many of our residents registered for e-billing saving time and money on preparing and mailing paper bills. Thank you for signing up!

Online banking

Pay your Stratford Utility Bill through your personal online banking with any chartered bank.

In-person
  • In-person during office hours at Stratford Town Centre with the following methods accepted: cash, cheques, Visa, Mastercard, and Debit.
  • In-person at any chartered bank
Cheque
  • After hours cheques may be dropped off to the black mailbox attached to our building, just outside of our main office doors.

OR

  • Mail a cheque to: Stratford Utility, 234 Shakespeare Drive, Stratford, PE  C1B 2V8
By phone

Payment is also accepted by credit card over the telephone at (902) 569-1995.

Utility e-billing registration instructions

  1. To register for e-billing, you are required to signup for the service on your own (Please note: Town staff do not have access to do so on your behalf).
  2. To complete this process, you will need to locate the unique key code on your latest utility bill.
    • It can be found around the middle of the bill on the right hand side under the ‘Message’ section. For help with locating the key code on your bill click for an image of a sample bill: Sample Utility Bill (.jpg)
  3. Click the Sign up now! link when you have your key code and are ready to go through the steps.
