RFP – Artist(s)/Instructor(s) in Residence

The Town of Stratford is seeking to engage professionals in the following areas listed below:

• Certified instructor to develop and deliver a yoga, mediation, dance, movement, or an arts enrichment program to all classes of grade one students enrolled in the 2024-2025 curriculum year at Glen Stewart Primary School.
• Artist(s)/Instructor(s) to develop and deliver an arts and culture or a movement program to the adult community of Stratford.
• Artist(s)/Musician(s) to develop and deliver a music performance program to a long-term care seniors’ residence in the community of Stratford.

These are three (3) separate Requests for Proposals and each proposal response must be received separately. Qualified professionals can send in their proposals for any one (1) or all three (3) of them (depending on their qualifications), through sealed and clearly-labelled submissions as detailed in the respective requests for proposals packages. Submissions will be accepted from any individual/business on PEI.

Completed submissions must be received at Stratford Town Centre, located at 234 Shakespeare Drive, no later than 12:00pm (noon) on Friday, November 1, 2024.
