Residents, contractors or developers who are carrying out any type of water or sewer connections within the Town are reminded of the need to contact the Infrastructure department regarding these connections. Please consult the Water & Sewer Connection Requirements for more information.

New customers can apply for service using the Application for Water and Sewer Service Connection (*fillable form). *Fillable form should be saved to your computer before you fill in the appropriate information. Once filled in and saved, please email the form to CKoughan@townofstratford.ca.

All water and sewer work within the Town of Stratford must be done in accordance with Stratford Infrastructure Servicing Standards, Canadian and Provincial plumbing regulations.

Regulations concerning these services are found in Customer Service Regulations Bylaw #21 (please refer to amendments listed below), in the Mandatory Connection Bylaw #28 as well as the Customer Capital Contribution Policy.
