The Town of Stratford has an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to assist the Director of Planning, Development and Heritage in the provision of standards of safety and structural quality of construction in the Town including: Responsibility for the administration and enforcement of building codes and standards and to assist with the administration of the development control bylaw and associated planning and heritage bylaws and policies.

The Town is currently engaged in a number of exciting and progressive projects that will modernize the planning workplace and better respond to changing times and opportunities, including an Official Plan Review. Candidates should have a degree in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field. The annual salary range for the position is $65,734.50 to $76,167. The deadline to apply is 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
