The Town of Stratford invites qualified, prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services in response to our Request for Proposal (RFP). A complete description of the services sought can be found in the attached RFP document below.  

Background
The health and wellness of our employees is a top priority for the Town of Stratford. Since 2004, we have provided an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to offer confidential counselling and guidance, helping employees and their dependents manage the challenges of work and life. As the Town continues to grow and thrive, we remain committed to prioritizing our employees, recognizing them as one of our greatest assets. In alignment with this commitment, we seek to enhance and expand our support offerings through an updated Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) that addresses the evolving needs of our workforce and leadership.

Request for Proposals Details: RFP- EFAP (Apr 25, 2025)

The deadline to respond is Friday, May 16, 2025 at 12 noon AST. 

Three copies of the proposal titled “Employee and Family Assistance Services” shall be submitted in a sealed envelope by the above deadline to:

The Town of Stratford is not bound to accept the lowest nor any proposal received.
