The Town of Stratford is seeking quotations from tree nurseries, landscape companies, or any organization able to supply 50 large native trees. The trees supplied must meet the following specifications: • Trees must be species native to PEI (see required list below) • Trees must be in good health and will not have any structural problems (e.g. double leaders, crossed branches, root girdling). Town staff reserve the right to inspect trees before awarding the tender. • Trees must be delivered in either a burlap/wire basket, fabric bag, or other container (not bare root) *Full details can be found in the below document

RFQ Document: 2026 RFQ Tree Planting Program
Sealed tenders will be received by the Town of Stratford, at Stratford Town Centre, 234 Shakespeare Drive, Stratford, PEI, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, for the Construction of: HARBOURVIEW SEWER REDIRECTION
The project involves the installation of approximately 64 meters of new 200 mm diameter gravity main and associated infrastructure and service reconnections. In addition, the work involves the full removal of the existing Harbourview Drive Lift Station located at STA. 0+020 of the tendered design drawings, as well as the connection of the new sewer main to the existing lift station.
