Tenders and RFPs

The Town of Stratford is accepting proposals for the selection of a design consulting firm to provide architectural design and engineering services for the Stratford Wellness Centre, to be located at 174 John Joe Sark Drive in Stratford, PE. The project generally consists of the professional design and contract administration services for a 140,000ft2 multi-functional wellness centre facility and associated site work and amenities.

A site meeting will be held for proponents to review the site on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, at 10:00am.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, March 19, 2026 (refer to Addendum No. 1).

The Town of Stratford is accepting sealed tender submissions for grass cutting services. Sealed envelopes clearly marked “Grass Cutting Tender” will be received until 2:00pm local time on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

Tender documents can be obtained below or by emailing jdriscoll@townofstratford.ca.

All potential bidders are invited, but not required, to attend a tour of the properties on Friday, March 27, 2026 at 10:00am, starting at Stratford Town Centre.

The Town of Stratford is not obligated to accept the lowest nor any response received.
