Stratford Utility Billing Changes (October 2025)

Residents are advised that due to the ongoing postal strike, Stratford Utility bills scheduled to be mailed the week of October 6, 2025 will not be able to be printed and mailed at this time.

Residents are encouraged to sign up for electronic billing (e-billing) to access their records at their any time. Further information regarding e-billing is available at: Town of Stratford E-Billing

Quarterly bills are due on November 14, 2025. There are a variety of ways for customers to pay their bills including: 

• Online credit card payments are accepted after signing up for E-billing. 
• In-person during office hours at Stratford Town Centre with the following methods accepted: cash, cheques, Visa, Mastercard, and Debit. 
• In-person at any chartered bank 
• Online through your personal online banking with any chartered bank 
• After hours cheques may be dropped off to the black mailbox attached to our building, just outside of our main office doors. 
• Payment by credit card over the telephone at (902) 569-1995.

You can obtain a copy of your latest Stratford Utility bill, once they are processed, in-person during office hours, by calling 902-569-1995 or by email to cmacinnis@townofstratford.ca.

Should the postal strike be resolved in the near future, we will proceed with mailing out the latest bills at that time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time.
