A public meeting will be held at 234 Shakespeare Drive to receive comments from the public on the following:
Meeting Time: 6:00pmProposed stacked semi-detached dwelling at 95-97 Smallwood Terrace which is considered a Special Permit Use in the R2 Medium Density Zone.
Meeting Time: 6:30pmAmendment changes to the terminology in the Zoning & Development Bylaw from “firewall” to “fire separation” within Section 8.26.Meeting Time: 7:00pmProposed amendment to the Town of Stratford Zoning and Development Bylaw #45 to change the zoning of five (5) parcels from R1 Low Density to R2 Medium Density and merge the lots into one (1) future lot. The change would allow for the proposed future development of two (2) 12-unit stacked townhouse developments. The parcels are located on Swallow Drive.
