A public meeting will be held at 234 Shakespeare Drive to receive comments from the public on the following:
Proposed new Short-Term Rental Accommodations regulations to be added to the Town’s Zoning and Development Bylaw, to guide in the processing and decision-making of, Short-Term Rental Accommodations applications in the Town.
Details of the proposed amendment and the specific regulations are available upon request at the Stratford Planning Department and on our website.
Final comments, in writing, will be received until Friday, December 19, 2025 at 4:30pm in-person at Stratford Town Centre or by email to scarnall@townofstratford.ca.
