The City of Charlottetown and Towns of Cornwall and Stratford are advising residents that, due to a special weather statement forecasting heavy rain and strong winds on Friday, Halloween trick-or-treating will be postponed to Saturday, November 1.
The curfew will remain at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
The safety of our young trick-or-treaters is our top priority. We thank everyone for their understanding and cooperation.
