Stratford Seniors Complex

The Finance and Administration department is also responsible for financial reporting and the operation of the Stratford Community Seniors Complex located at 26 Mutch Drive. This building is owned by the Town of Stratford and is funded through an operating agreement with CMHC.  The complex consists of 15 apartment units. The complex is based on rent geared income.
