The Mission of the Stratford Recreation Department  is to provide high quality, diverse and accessible programs, services and facilities that enhance the quality of life for all ages, cultures and abilities. Residents are encouraged to sign up for Online Booking of programs and facilities, first tiime users need to appear in person to register at the Rec department in the town hall. Stratford Town Center GymnasiumThe Stratford Recreation Centre is available free of charge to residents. The hours of operation are : Sunday - Thursday 5:30 am - 10:00 pm.
Friday & Saturday 5:30 am - 9:00 pm.

Bunbury RoomStratford Town Hall has several Meeting Rooms available for community groups and residents use including the Bunbury Room pictured here. Contact Joanne Weir at 569-2535 if you would like to book facilities.

  

 

MacNeill FieldNumerous Recreation Programs are made available by the town and residents are encouraged to join in active participation. Contact Mandy Shaw at 569-6924 for program information.

Canada DayCommunity events in Stratford are an important part of our annual activites, the Strawberry Fesitval, our Canada Day celbrations, Remembrance Day, and Stratford Winter Carnival are well attended and present family fun for all. Check us out at Events

MacNeill FieldThere are numerous Playing Fields in Stratford, indoor and outdoor soccer ffields, we enjoy a lighted ball field as well as numerous community ball fileds. In 2009 Stratford opened the first cricket pitch on Prince Edward Island.
